Building and decorating a new house can be a daunting task. So why not get some professional help for only €600!

This package includes:

• 3 x 2 hour consultations
• These consultations can be on site, in a shop or at the beginning of the build looking over plans at a location convenient to us both.
• I can help you with all the major decisions at the beginning of the build like exterior doors, windows etc. Bathroom layouts (which have to be decided early in the build because of plumbing) lighting (the right type of lighting in the right place)
• I can help with spacial design, designing your kitchen, getting the furniture layout and proportions right.
• I can help you with coordinating a colour scheme from paint to fabrics.
• Also sourcing flooring, window treatments, bathroom ware, lighting and furniture.

This package is ideal for someone who needs a little guidance and a push in the right direction. First we chat for approximately 15 minutes about the project and you will then send me on relevant pictures, plans and measurements, including pieces of furniture, accessories etc that have to be incorporated into design scheme. When I have gathered a detailed design brief, I then will start the design process, which will include…

• Room layout (sketch only) CAD drawing are extra
• Mood Board
• Shopping list (all furniture and accessories)

On completion I will send all this information to you and then we will discuss the design for a further 15 minutes.
